A 147,657 SF design new space and tenant improvements of entire building with new HVAC system, new modern tenant improvements.
The project scope includes an addition of 65, 876 gross square feet and renovation of 17,645 gross square feet of existing. The total project usable square footage is scheduled for 70,534 gross square feet with an additional 12,987 square feet of mechanical penthouse. Construction of the project is anticipated to take place in the three primary phases, the first will be a street relocation just north of the existing hospital that will make room for the new addition. The second phase will include a two-story addition just north of the existing hospital. The third phase will include renovation and demolition of the existing building. Construction is anticipated to last multiple years and will work around the McCall building season and ongoing facility operations.
