Micron Construction, Inc. 1993-2000

One of three individuals directly responsible for the successful start-up and operation of Micron Construction, Inc., a company which grew from 3 people to 220 management personnel in 6 years. This aggressive growth required the knowledge, persistence and ability to manage a range of functional areas within this company.

Responsible for managing several projects ranging from offices, to manufacturing to industrial. Some of this work utilized a Fast-Track approach, with construction starting soon after the design had started. Fast-Track construction was market driven; it required handson management, documentation and project controls.
