Cole, a proud Boise native, was born and raised in Idaho. After high school, he moved to Montana to attend Carroll College, where he played football and earned his bachelor’s degree in business and finance.
With a decade of experience in commercial, industrial, and educational construction projects, Cole began his career as a Business Manager for a Fortune 500 company. This role eventually led him to work as a project manager for a General Contractor in Spokane, WA before he made his way back to Boise.
In 2016, he joined Paradigm of Idaho, becoming the second employee at the company. In the spring of 2024, Cole and his family moved to Northern Idaho, where he is leading our expansion and is based in our Coeur d'Alene office.
When he’s not in the office, you can find Cole enjoying the great outdoors—whether it's camping, mountain biking, golfing, or hunting—no matter the season. He loves spending time with his wife and their twin daughters, who keep them busy!
