Anser Charter School Expansion

Anser Charter School offers award-winning, collaborative and innovating learning environments for students to be successful. The project consists of a 36,238 square foot two story building expansion and 20,748 square feet of tenant improvements and renovations to the existing K-8 charter school building. The outdoor space consists of the relocation of the existing playground, a dedicated play area for kindergarten and 1^st-gradeplay, the development of additional parking, improved student drop-off and pick-up zone, and the development of a bus drop-off and pick-up zone. The two-story expansion will provide an updated kitchen, campus common area, support rooms, and the addition of classrooms to allow for a maximum occupancy of 740 students and 54 employees.
