Kount

Kount's advanced technology for fraud management, identity verification, and online authentication empowers digital businesses and online merchants to safeguard against fraud and ensure secure transactions. As part of Sawtooth Development's Adapt and Reuse project at the John Alden Building in Downtown Boise, the existing cast-in-place concrete structure will be revamped to create space for new restaurant and retail tenants on the street level. Additionally, a new 5th floor and rooftop deck will be added to accommodate Kount, Inc., which will occupy levels 2 through 5. The tenant improvements for Kount include a new café, an open stairway and atrium on levels 3 and 4, and a rooftop boardroom, kitchen, and outdoor lounge. This modern and innovative office space will serve as Kount's World Headquarters, housing their HR, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, R&D, and Engineering departments.
