Johnathon was born in Gilroy, California, renowned as the Garlic Capital of the world. His journey in the construction industry began in 2007 as a project manager. In 2012, he joined the U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller, where he aided in air operations for U.S. Navy aircraft. After retiring from the Navy, Johnathon returned to construction, where he previously served as a senior project manager for an owner’s rep company. In2021, he found Paradigm, which led to his family's move to Idaho.
Johnathon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University and possesses a Public Works Contractors license for Idaho, which is a great benefit to Paradigm. He is also a certified construction manager and is currently pursuing his master's degree. Outside of work and studies, you'll find him enjoying anything outdoors, reading, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Favorite Restaurant: When asked what his favorite restaurant was, he gave us a State, Nationwide, and Global favorite. Andersen Reserve is his favorite restaurant in Idaho. If you find yourself in Alabama, he recommends Lamberts Cafe, and for an international experience, try Kastro's in Mykonos, Greece.
