Since 1977, Fresca has been baking the freshest and most flavorful tortillas, wraps, and chips in the foodservice industry. Originally based in Boise, Idaho, the company relocated to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2018. This move marked a significant milestone in their over 45-year history of employing hardworking Idahoans in the Treasure Valley. The new 188,107 square foot food processing facility, located on a 20-acre lot at the Sky Ranch Business Center, is equipped with cutting-edge processing equipment, cold and dry storage areas, and office spaces, solidifying Fresca's role in the food manufacturing landscape.
