Agri Beef's True West Beef processing plant in Jerome, Idaho, stands as a premier facility supporting the company's esteemed brands, Snake River Farms American Wagyu and Double R Ranch Northwest Beef. This cutting-edge plant spans 176 acres and features roughly 290,000 square feet dedicated to processing and an additional 35,000 square feet for administrative offices. With the capacity to process 500 head of cattle daily, it is set to boost production for both national and international markets. By partnering with ranchers throughout the Northwest, Agri Beef ensures a top-tier supply chain of meat. Employing nearly 400 local residents, the plant is expected to greatly benefit the Jerome economy, with completion anticipated by the end of 2022.
